This extra heavy flanged-end spool has been internally coated with NB-850 fusion-bond epoxy and sandblasted externally in preparation to be powder coated with

These handrails are powder coated with
XTRA
SHIELD™, a zinc rich epoxy primer with a gloss black polyester topcoat. This finish is superior to liquid paint systems and prevents the need for sandblasting and painting in the downtown area.
This shows several 40' joints of 20" diameter pipe coated internally with NB-850 fusion-bond epoxy and externally powder coated with
XTRA
SHIELD™. We are capable of coating large diameter and long lengths of pipe.
These fittings have been coated internally and externally powder coated to match our customer's
facilities. These pieces will be installed and ready for use without the need to sandblast and paint on location.

SHIELD™. We have capabilities to coat almost any configuration. Externally powder coating the pipe to match our customer's facilities has saved our customers time and money. It has made it unnecessary to send crews to sandblast and paint on location.
